MicroResp是英国James Hutton公司出品，用于土壤、沉积物、水样中碳源测定的专利性装置。
在环境、土壤、水资源保护等领域应用广泛。


MicroResp™ is a unique microplate-based respiration system that enables the user to analyse up to 96 soil, sediment or water samples and test a range of carbon sources and/or replicates in a small compact space.

While some sole C-source tests tend to select for fast-growing bacteria and rely on growth of organisms, MicroResp™ gives more immediate responses to these substrates and reflects activity rather than growth by measuring responses in the first 6 hours. MicroResp™ is currently being used to carry out colorimetric detection or 14C detection measuring CO2 evolved from carbon substrate utilisation in soils. This methodology can be adapted to suit any experimental schedule and microplate reader although calibration is required.

什么是MicroResp™？

MicroResp™是一个独特的基于微孔板的呼吸系统，它使用户能够在一个小且紧凑的空间内分析多达96个土壤、沉积物或水样，

并测试一系列碳源以及进行重复实验。


虽然一些仅针对C-源的测试倾向于选择快速生长的细菌并依赖生物体的生长，但MicroResp™能在前6小时内对这些底物做出更

快速的响应，并通过测量响应来反映活性而非生长。

● GenTegra RNA 相关产品

①GenTegra RNA Advantage：使用 RIN 值作为 RNA 质量的衡量标准，能为组织中的 RNA 提供更好保护。相比 RNAlater 等产品，它始终产生 RIN 分数更好（≥1）的 RNA，且使用时 RIN 值等于或高于所需的 RIN 值≥7，确保出色的 RNAseq 结果，可替代 RNAlater 而无需更改当前方案。

②GenTegra RNA：是在实验室工作或运输 RNA 时为 RNA 提供的最佳保护产品。作为水溶性活性化学保护剂，添加到 RNA 中会形成保护基质，在干燥状态和液态下都能保存和保护 RNA。在 -80°C 至 +72°C 的极端温度下保护近乎完美，是唯一一种在干燥前立即提供 RNase 活性保护的干式储存产品，允许使用所有标准缓冲系统。在室温下储存保质期超过 3 年，有多种包装形式，如 100/0.5ml 螺旋盖管、96 孔微孔板或 96 管架格式、足够数量的散装基质，还提供三管评估套件。

③GenTegra RNAssure™：为 RNA 纯化和 RNAseq 的人员提供新水平的保护。其专有的活性化学保护™ ACP 配方可在洗脱纯化柱时立即保护 RNA，提供更彻底的保护，能保护样品完整性，可无缝融入每个标准 RNA 纯化试剂盒中，在室温（RT）下保护 RNA 至少 3 天，在 4°C 下保护 RNA 2 周，还可以保护 RNA 在 37°C 的较高温度下进行 DNase 处理期间免受损伤，能灭活纯化过程或环境污染遗留的所有残留 RNase 活性，保护 DNase 免受氧化损伤等。

①GenTegra - DNA：在运输和储存过程中的极端温度（-80°C 至 +72°C）下都能对 DNA 进行保护，基于加速研究在环境温度下保护 DNA 超过 20 年，无需特殊环境控制即可保护 DNA，经过多次干燥和补水循环。

②GenTegraDNA dry BULK：是法医实验室的首选产品，干散货是自动化系统的理想选择，支持直接用于 STR、qPCR 等，在需要时支持 DNA 样品浓缩，干燥的 DNA 样品可以在环境温度下安全运输，在室温下储存的保质期超过 3 年，提供三管评估套件。
